Daniel Rabon, P.E., founded Rabon Energy Strategies to provide strategic guidance at the intersection of hydropower and federal policy. As the former National Hydropower Program Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Daniel managed the largest single hydroelectric fleet in the United States—75 plants with over 24,000 MW of capacity and $2+ billion in strategic investments.
With nearly two decades of hydropower experience spanning field engineering to federal program leadership, Daniel brings comprehensive understanding of hydropower assets from turbine to transmission. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
